Doug Sinning - Musical Director

Doug Sinning lives in Oviedo, a suburb of Orlando, Florida, but went to college in Boston, MA. where he graduated from Berklee College of Music with a triple major in Music Synthesis, Songwriting/Composition, and Music Education.  Doug is an accomplished Vocalist, Pianist & Actor and teaches private LIVE Voice, Piano, and Songwriting lessons online to people around the world through his own eLearning website, www.MyMusicExpert.com.

He was born and raised on a small farm in Southern Missouri, in the Ozarks, where he began his love of music by studying beginning piano at the age of 8.

He was intimately involved in the High School Choir, Band, and Drama Club, as well as the local community theater, “The Ozark Players” of which, he was a founding member.

After high school graduation, Doug immediately attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, starting in 1984.  He triple-majored and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Music 6 years later in 1990, and moved to Orlando, Florida where he quickly became involved in the Film industry, Theater Community, and local music scene.

His advice and vocal coaching has trained some of the top working talent in the Central Florida area, some of which have went on to Hollywood!  With over 20 years in the business, Doug has a warm teaching style that is endearing, because he truly cares.

Doug performs as a solo piano/vocal act, DJs, & also performs with “Rhythm Tree“, a trio band that creates unique arrangements of popular songs utilizing keys, bass/guitar, and percussion combined with 3 brilliant voices to bring you the best in Motown, R&B, Jazz, Disco and Top 40 favorites!
